Walk up Main Street, U.S.A. and take your immediate right at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor (stopping for ice cream, of course). Then continue away (to the right) from Main Street toward the Plaza Pavilion Restaurant on the edge of tomorrowland and you will see this marvelously photogenic view. This is one of the spots I love to visit because it is views like this that pictorially epitomize the definition of Disney for me.
