The circle is on the photo points out one of the cars flashing by on a test run. The eye could barely catch sight of it, but a fast shutter on a camera was able to catch it about as good as one could.
The ride is almost a mile long and only lasts about five and a half minutes because you reach blinding speeds of 65 mph. In 1997, we wonder why 65 mph is considered a 'blinding speed'
