SpectroMagic Parade

Is that Dopey standing near Snow White at the mine entrance?   On the Keys to the Kingdom Tour we were told this parade with all these lights uses a lot of electrical power.   The Disney page says it "combines the energy of seven lightning bolts, the electrical power of 2,000 highway trucks, and just the right amount of pixie dust".   Let's add the possibility that endearing characters and memorable movies help fuel the Magic.
