SpectroMagic Parade

I'm shipping out on this one.   Looks like a tugboat to me.   The Little Mermaid movie has still escaped my viewing.   I think this set of floats was representing that.   That's the trouble with such a thrilling parade, you just remember the pretty lights and the excitement rather than the actual proper nouns of what you have seen.   Highly improper, but the tug is a propper, so it's okay.   Could you use a little tug?
