Expressionism

This isn't done. I'm stuck. The message is incomplete, an element is missing. I feel like it needs something on a stair, a symbol of some kind, perhaps.

It hangs in my studio taunting me.

Many of my paintings evoke a sort of passage. It's what I want the viewer to experience. I want them, you, to go there in your own mind, with your own thoughts, hopefully making it more personal and introspective.
