Expressionism

If you have viewed some of my other paintings, by now you have probably correctly figured that I believe the Cosmos is very, very big. I also believe that more is out there and more has happened than we can ever conceive.

How I came up with this one is hard to figure. I think it came about because I wanted to do something with a black background. The rings of the planet are not correct and I have yet to fix it. I have trouble with curves, can't even file my fingernails right.

I got some good details of Reunion because I shot them specifically, unlike other details where the original scan was just enlarged. See detail one and detail two.
