Geiser Sphere - NOT!

1986 was the year and I don't think this fountain was musical at the time. You must stop to see this, so many people just walk right by it without noticing. I believe the fountain has undergone some major changes in the last ten years. This is the only daytime photo I have of it. Will make a point to shoot a comparison photo this October. Can you spot the changes?
