Hey, when I was growing up we never had farm managers like these.   This is the woman we saw on the video phone image back in the living room in Nova Cite.   This farmer is the woman's daughter.   In the 21st century, a farmer's hands seldom get dirty as they generally work with computers and complex equipment.   The farmer's post is in a building which looks like an air traffic control tower giving her visual contact as well as electronic.
