China World Showcase at EPCOT

The Temple of Heaven is an exact replica of its counterpart in Beijing. Built to half scale, no details were omitted in constructing this alluring temple, the original of which was built in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty.
You enter the Temple of Heaven for the movie Wonders of China. This remarkable 19 minute film is impressive in its portrayal of China as a vast country. In less than 20 minutes you see large areas of China such as the Great Wall, Shanhai, Hangzhous, The Forbidden City of Beijing, Mongolia and a number of other Chinese provinces and exotic landscapes.
