Countdown to Extinction is the ride that has gotten a lot of attention at Animal Kingdom.   The photo above has been donated to Pansophists by Jeremy who was able to get a picture before any guests arrived.   Without the crowds, you can get the full impression of the grand looking approach to this attraction.

This is also called the Dino Institute and, while you are waiting in the foyer, it is even grander than the approach to the building.   If the Countdown to Extinction sign hadn't been so noticeable at the entrance, you might think you've come to the wrong place for a thrill ride.
